1-Mr. Chumneanh Preap- Founder and Director

Mr. Chumneanh runs the daily operations of the school and orphanage, overseeing   7teachers and 3 cooks with  support staff in addition to volunteers.  His responsibilities KFKO project include developing work plans, find the fundraising and control , approving funds on project needed,approve on  budget planning to teams of expending  to check of financial-report and activity report with sending to donors, media and website development,resolution at internal problem​ was happen  of​ the staffs or project which other challenges and leader team  in community on our project . Mr. Chumneanh is committed to developing KFKO to a high standard in order to enhance his community and the lives of the children he works to help .

 

2 - Mr. Chhoung Kuntheak  - Accountant and English teacher 

Mr. Dy Panha  is responsible for the administrative and financial report  of the KFKO organization.  He review monthly  income (donations) to  KFKO staff and director  and expenses, generates financial reports and maintains detailed records of receipts. Financial reporting is performed monthly or  quarterly, bi-annually and annually . works closely with Mr. Chumneanh in order to maintain accurate financial records and provide to donors with the assurance that all funds are allocated as stated. Financial transparency is a core value of KFKO. He is also  responsible to teach  English and a teacher for conversation and grammar level . 

 

3-Miss. Dy chan da - English Education Teacher

 

Miss. Soeun Srey Neang   is a staff English teacher for level I of ABC , and is responsible for developing lesson plans in English curriculum.  He provides English class five days per week, creates and administers exams, and reviews and corrects homework and exams.  He reports students’ grades and results to Mr. Chumneanh and they work together to develop each student's individual ability.  Miss,  ES Srey Phan  is currently finished study at high school of Hunsen siem Reap.   

 

4-Miss. Phan Reaksa  English education teacher 

 

Miss. Houy Kimheng  is a staff English teacher for level II of vocabulary , and is responsible for developing lesson plans in English curriculum.  He provides English class five days per week, creates and administers exams, and reviews and corrects homework and exams.  He reports students’ grades and results to Mr. Chumneanh and they work together to develop each student's individual ability.  Miss, Chhin Srey Chhuot   is currently pursuing high school of Hunsen Siem Reap  .

 

 5- Ms. Dalin Tep - Housekeeper, Cook and Childcare Provider

 

Ms. Dalin Tep is integral to the daily functioning of KFKO.  Her responsibilities are many and include shopping for food at the market, cook three meals per day for the children and staff, cleaning the facilities, washing clothes, assisting children as necessary, providing support to the children , sending the kids to  hospital when they got sicks , and providing general support for the daily food  of the orphanage. make the report increase better  of kids  monthly  report . 

 

6- Ms.Pov Thida and 7-Ms. Preab Ratana  is a staff assistant housekeeper to Ms. Dalin.  She is onsite 7 days per week and helps as needed with the general operations of the orphanage.  Her contributions to the facility include helping to cook and prepare meals, washing clothes, cleaning the facilities and grounds, and assisting Ms. Dalin with general tasks as required.  Ms. real yourt is from Siem Reap.
